Quickly Zoom All Worksheets to One Size in Microsoft Excel

Adjusting the zoom level on every individual sheet in an Excel workbook can be tedious. Thankfully, Excel allows you to apply a zoom level to all worksheets at once. Here's how:

Step 1: Select All Worksheets

First, click on any sheet tab to make it active. Then right-click and select Select All Sheets from the context menu.

Step 2: Adjust the Zoom Level

With all worksheets selected, go to the View tab on the ribbon, click Zoom in the Zoom group, and choose your preferred percentage.

Alternatively, you can use the Zoom Slider at the bottom-right corner of the Excel window to adjust the zoom level.

Step 3: Deselect All Worksheets

Once you've adjusted the zoom, right-click on any of the selected sheet tabs and click on Ungroup Sheets. This will deselect the sheets, allowing you to work on individual sheets again.

Note that when all worksheets are grouped, changes you make to one sheet will be applied to all sheets. Always remember to ungroup your sheets once you're done.
